We emphasize that all data is processed in accordance with applicable law, with each piece of data
being used only for a specific purpose and as necessary to address your request, without any misuse
or deviation from the intended purpose of such data. The flow of personal data processed by
Barbanera is duly mapped to comply with legal requirements and the Company's security measures.

We also point out that our content is not directed at children and adolescents; therefore, we do not
evaluate, qualify, or intentionally collect their Personal Data. If you are under 18 years of age, we
ask that you do not submit any personal data through our website or any other platforms without
the express consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

blocking of your Personal Data, temporarily suspending our ability to process it for certain
purposes; and (iii) the deletion of your Personal Data, in which case we must delete all of your
Personal Data without the possibility of reversal.

You may request that the Company provide your Personal Data in a structured and
interoperable format for the purpose of transferring it to third parties, provided that such

violate intellectual property rights or trade secrets of the Company or third parties, as well as cases
in which requests for data deletion cannot be fulfilled due to the existence of a data retention
obligation, whether to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to enable the Company or
third parties to defend themselves in disputes of any nature. 

Furthermore, some requests may not be answered immediately, but Barbanera is committed to
responding to all requests within a reasonable period and always in accordance with applicable

The Personal Data processed by Barbanera is protected by physical, technical, and
organizational security measures, such as restricted access to physical files and access to
systems through personal and non-transferable login credentials and passwords, thereby
seeking to reduce the risks of security incidents involving such data.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to
be 100% secure. If you suspect or have reason to believe that your interaction with Barbanera is not
secure, please contact the Data Protection Officer through the communication channels provided
below in this Privacy Notice in order to address the matter.

This Privacy Notice applies to the circumstances mentioned above throughout the entire
period during which Barbanera processes your Personal Data.

Barbanera has a Personal Data Retention and Deletion Policy aligned with applicable law.
Personal Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was
collected, unless there is any other reason for its retention, such as compliance with any legal,
regulatory, contractual, or other obligations permitted by law. After the necessary period, the
data is duly discarded in accordance with our Policy.

11 – Applicable Law

This document is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative
Republic of Brazil, and the Regional Court IX – Vila Prudente, District of São Paulo – SP is hereby
elected as the competent court to resolve any disputes that may arise from this document, with
express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
